📍 Trans Pride in the Park | June 28 Vendors including food, + community orgs. Celebrating our Trans community members with local drag queen performances.
Shifts
- Saftey Crew · 12:00–18:00 · 10 spots — working alongside security team this role will keep a pulse on saftey and situational awareness
- Setup Crew · 11:30–13:00 · 5 spots — Helping with vender and general event setup
- Take Down Crew · 17:00–19:00 · 5 spots — Help take things down, pack up and clean up event space
- First Aid Tent- Red Cross · 12:00–18:00 · 4 spots — assist with minor boo boos and hydration.
- Take Down Crew 2 · 18:00–19:00 · 4 spots — Final Cleanup and Bar pack up

Run list
- Brief volunteers on a quiet de-escalation plan and who to radio
- Keep emergency contacts and nearest hospital info at the info table
- Print safety team plans and site maps (you)
- Schedule and run safety team training with Jaime/GALA before the event (you bringing materials) — pick a date
- Jaime: water & ice run before the event
- Jaime: coordinate safety zones with security
- End of night: load everything into your car and return Red Cross supplies to their office (grab a buddy to help)
- Print day-2 (event day) handouts and program materials (you)
