Shifts

• Saftey Crew · 12:00–18:00 · 10 spots — working alongside security team this role will keep a pulse on saftey and situational awareness
• Setup Crew · 11:30–13:00 · 5 spots — Helping with vender and general event setup
• Take Down Crew · 17:00–19:00 · 5 spots — Help take things down, pack up and clean up event space
• First Aid Tent- Red Cross · 12:00–18:00 · 4 spots — assist with minor boo boos and hydration.
• Take Down Crew 2 · 18:00–19:00 · 4 spots — Final Cleanup and Bar pack up

Run list

• Brief volunteers on a quiet de-escalation plan and who to radio
• Keep emergency contacts and nearest hospital info at the info table
• Print safety team plans and site maps (you)
• Schedule and run safety team training with Jaime/GALA before the event (you bringing materials) — pick a date
• Jaime: water & ice run before the event
• Jaime: coordinate safety zones with security
• End of night: load everything into your car and return Red Cross supplies to their office (grab a buddy to help)
• Print day-2 (event day) handouts and program materials (you)
