Meet the Guide
The Guide is Revel Sphere’s in-app helper. It knows the whole platform, points you to the exact place to do something, and can draft real things with you — always with your approval before anything is created.
Go to /helpThe Guide is built on a simple idea: tools, not chatbots. It is here to get you to the thing you are trying to do and then get out of the way. Ask it where something lives, how a feature works, or what a good next step is, and it answers with the actual path — never a shrug.
When it can help by doing, it drafts the work and shows it to you first. Creating an event, adding tasks to a sphere, posting an update — each one appears as a card you approve or dismiss. Nothing is created behind your back.
The Guide is part of your account, so you sign in to chat with it. Browsing the help pages here needs no account; the live Guide unlocks once you are signed in.
If something is broken or you are stuck on something the Guide cannot resolve, it can flag the issue to the team for you — see Flag an issue.
