What each member can open
Every member carries an access profile that decides which tabs open for them. New members start on Collaborate & plan, which opens the everyday surfaces; a founder or moderator can widen it any time.

- 2Collaborate & plan opens Activity, Events, Roles, Members, Action Planning, Comms Plan, and Links.
- 3Custom opens exactly the tabs on that person’s checklist, plus Activity and Members, which every member keeps.
- 4To change someone’s access, open the Members tab and pick their profile.
If a tab you expected is not showing, this is usually why. Budget, Equipment, Network, and Grants stay closed on Collaborate & plan — a treasurer needs the budget, and a Saturday volunteer usually does not.
Ask a founder or moderator in your sphere and they can open what you need in a couple of taps.
